Before you diffuse
- Diffuse in short sessions, about 30 minutes at a time, with a little fresh air.
- Around babies and young children, leave out eucalyptus, rosemary and peppermint.
- Never swallow oils, keep bottles out of children’s reach, and give pets (cats especially) a way out of the room.
- Dilute before skin contact, and ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you are pregnant or have a health condition.
